MNH appoints Chief Financial Officer

The board is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas Gardiner as Chief Financial Officer and Director.

Thomas James Gardiner, 45, has most recently served as COO of the Acumen Film Fund and has spent over 20 years in media finance. Mr Gardiner spent the greater part of his career in investment banking, working in film and television finance, both in structured finance and capital markets. Prior to joining Acumen, Gardiner was number two in the Societe Generale Global Media Team, based in New York, where he was a key director in the bank´s role in over $2 billion of media finance.

It is expected that Mr Gardiner will begin to take up his responsibilities from the beginning of July 2010 and will join the Company on a full-time basis on 1 September 2010.
