MNH plc takes a minor stake in French independant IPTV
PARIS, AUGUST 1st, 2009. Going on with its european deployment strategy, Motion Network Holding plc (MNH) strengthens its network in France by taking a 14,86% sharehold stake of Télévision Numérique Alternative sarl (TNA).
MNH will now on benefit from TNA's IPTV broadcast expertise - IPTV is widely adopted in France (1) - as well as TNA's position in French independant production. As a french TV channel, TNA will also allow MNH's production to benefit from public support funds.
