Rio Pierre-Yves Dongour - CEO and founder of Motion Network Holding
Mr Dongour graduated in Finance, Accounting and Cinema. In the early 90's he built his first company "Newbroad International Communication SA" and an investment fund CAPIMAGE, together with CONTINENT Assurances to finance co-productions of movies and various audiovisual programs.
Mr Dongour has experience in finance (Credit Agricole, Caisse des Dépôts), in the media and entertainment industries (through companies like CBS-FOX video, Theatre des Champs Elysées, de la Michodière, Eurofilm Ltd) and he has carried out digital TV projects for TV of the future in Canada, the USA, and France.
Christophe Kourdouly - Vice president and co-founder of Motion Network Holding
Christophe is managing TV shopping deals with Chinese broadcasters as well as producing feature films and TV content through the company Antetime.
Formerly a trader of futures with Fimat (groupe Société Générale) and co-founder of Weatherly Securities Paris, Mr Kourdouly was a sales side analyst within Global Equities covering US markets. He also spent four years as finance director for two US film distribution companies in Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
Loizos Yerolemou - Company Secretary
Loizos is a qualified Chartered Accountant who worked at BSG Valentine from 1997 to 2007 in audit and business advisory services and corporate finance. In recent years Loizos has continued to undertake corporate finance assignments, together with more challenging and complex operational roles working with start up businesses, seeking to raise finance and increase value for venture capital investors.
Edouard Brault : Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital raising
Edouard Brault has been active for more than 10 years in the financial markets as a fixed income broker, a European equity sales and as HSBC’s strategist in France. He has then founded and managed the multi family office MTC art de vivre, providing services to ultra high net worth individuals amongst which a CAC 40 group owner and several European business leaders. He currently manages ILML, a private equity capital raising company active in France, Switzerland and the USA.
Jean-Marie Villame : MNTV global content Management, head of operations
Jean-Marie Villame founded Kintessens in 2003, a French digital pictures studio specialised in the production and post production in the areas of commercial and corporate communication, short and feature-length films, TV documentaries. After graduating from Ecole Superieure de Realisation Audiovisuelle (ESRA) in Paris, Jean-Marie Villame continued to refine his talents in different genres, from music to photography, camera to movie editing, and finally visual supervising. Jean Marie became one of independent post-production manager and†the most influential in the advertising field.
Bruno Chatelin, 56, a recognised veteran in the entertainment industry, voting member from the prestigious European Film Academy, and Cesar brings a vast and complex experience from advertising agencies (10 years with JWT, Masius,Publicis); film distribution in France for major companies where he has distributed over 250 movies for both Columbia TriStar and UGC Twentieth Century Fox.
Thomas James Gardiner, 45, has most recently served as COO of the Acumen Film Fund and has spent over 20 years in media finance.
The board announces that a professional fundraiser, Edouard Hetland Brault, joined the teamwork, in order to find key investors for a fast development of the company.
