Motion Network Holding PLC is an integrated media group which operates as :

- With innovating subcompanies for Broadcast Television, IPTV, Internet, VOD and TV shopping. As well as a Media Content Licensing, Production and Post Production Companies.

Motion Network Holding PLC has developed a strategy of collaboration in the media industry : MNTV local partners in 35 European countries, local and global production, Performance Oriented Film Fund, Global Europe Films Distribution Network.
Promoting and supporting the European Movie industry and being a key player for cross-border collaboration for a higher standard of creativity.

•Unify broadcasting while keeping a local flavour with locally produced content.

MNH owns some capital in TNA and UBC, other TV channels in France and Ukraine, we are looking for investment opportunities to implement MNH’s portfolio and to strenghthen the organic growth: investing in key companies participating in the current digital revolution and the media convergence.

The board is pleased to announce the appointment of french industry veteran Bruno Chatelin as Chief Executive Officer of MNTV and Board Member.
Bruno Chatelin, 56, a recognised veteran in the entertainment industry, voting member from the prestigious European Film Academy, and Cesar brings a vast and complex experience from advertising agencies (10 years with JWT, Masius,Publicis); film distribution in France for major companies where he has distributed over 250 movies for both Columbia TriStar and UGC Twentieth Century Fox.

The board is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas Gardiner as Chief Financial Officer and Director.
Thomas James Gardiner, 45, has most recently served as COO of the Acumen Film Fund and has spent over 20 years in media finance.

The board announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 6th January 2010, all resolutions were duly passed.
The board announces that a professional fundraiser, Edouard Hetland Brault, joined the teamwork, in order to find key investors for a fast development of the company.
